The night capsules contain two active ingredients that provide relief: paracetamol and phenylephrine. Paracetamol is a painkiller that helps to reduce aches and pains and can also lower a fever. Phenylephrine is a decongestant that helps to unblock the nose and make breathing easier. The day capsules contain both of these ingredients along with an additional active ingredient, caffeine, which is a mild stimulant that helps to reduce drowsiness.
